The 33 best regional fast-food chains and restaurants in Scottsdale (2024)

The Phoenician resort is a AAA Five-Diamond, Forbes Five-Star property located in Scottsdale, Arizona. The hotel offers luxurious suites with free Wi-Fi and access to all the amenities of the main resort. There are also tennis courts, pools, a spa, golf course and J&G Steakhouse (serving classic steakhouse fare).

My wife, Lora, and I have stayed at many a fine hotel, and as Titanium members with Marriott, have grown accustomed to excellent customer service, but nothing has been as exceptional as our latest stay at the Phoenician in Arizona. From the moment we entered the resort, where we were warmly greeted by Eddie and Ryan at the front desk, who gave us a complimentary room upgrade, to the day we departed, when Charlotte in Food & Beverage gave us a complimentary fruit platter, the experience has been nothing short of exceptional. During our stay, when our flight was cancelled, Haley, a Front Desk Manager, and Jonathan, a Front Desk Agent, were kind and considerate, helping us negotiate another night, complete with a late checkout, for which we are grateful. Of course, the grounds of the resort are lovely, and the pools are amazing, but the best part of our wonderful stay has clearly been the people we had the pleasure of engaging with, so thank you to everyone at the Phoenician, you made Lora's and my 10 year anniversary exceptional, and we look forward to staying at your beautiful property again soon.

I couldn’t wait to be wowed by the luxury but I guess I will keep waiting. The grounds are stunning. The entrance is impressive. It goes downhill from there. The lobby has a smell being pumped into it that reminds me of the smell of bowling shoe spray. The rooms are nice but they are a nice Marriott room. I would not go so far as to call it luxury. Luxury doesn’t have chips in the furniture and paint. The lamps aren’t crooked. The bathroom doors close completely. Maybe the golf and tennis make up for it but the room and food DO NOT. $115 for stale chips, super vinegary wings, extremely watery blue cheese. Or how about $50 for a piece of toast. And it irritates me that my mini bar is stocked with Pepsi. Not a Coke anywhere! The staff are extremely nice and prompt so I do give them points for that. Courtney was the BEST server!

My husband and I went here for our “baby moon”. The room and balcony view was spectacular! Pool was amazing, slightly crowded but always had a chair and the pool service was great. Food and drink pricing was expensive , but to be expected. So close to old town Scottsdale we were able to easily Uber for a few meals out. Would recommend this hotel!

Was there for a local conference Scottsdale Cybersecurity Summit. It was amazing and the accommodations were fantastic. The ballroom was a great size with good flow. The staff was so accommodating taking their time with me. The food was amazing. The outside was beautiful. Not enough space to say all the good things.

My husband and I stayed recently in the Canyon suites and really enjoyed our visit. Our room was spacious and comfortable and had a beautiful view. The pool at the canyon suites is quieter than the main hotel and has an amazing view of the mountain. There is also a jacuzzi nearby that we had to ourselves. The hotel is very close to fashion square mall and Scottsdale old town, and taxis are abundant. Food at the hotel was good quality and there were several vegetarian options. The best thing about the hotel is definitely the staff! Staff at the pool were attentive and friendly, and made sure we always had water (a must in the Arizona heat!). Staff at the breakfast buffet were amazing, some of the friendliest people ever. Joyce was very sweet and really looked after us. Buzz was super friendly and we had a great chat with him. There was another lady, young with dark hair who was also amazing but I didn’t catch her name unfortunately. The staff (especially at the canyon suites) are genuinely warm and welcoming and are a credit to the hotel. We hope we get a chance to visit again soon!

I was here for a conference. It's located near great restaurants and shipping. The facilities are top notch. They accommodate children. Their restaurants are great. If you're looking to stay at an amazing, upscale resort, this is the place.

Wonderful stay at the Casitas at the Phoenician. Grounds and pools were very well maintained. Rooms were very quiet and immaculately clean and maintained. Breakfasts were outstanding and the service is one of the best we’ve experienced; every single staffer was polite and helpful over the top. Tim at the Mowry and Cotton restaurant was exceptionally helpful and friendly. Expensive, yes; but in this case you definitely get what you pay for!

LOVED our stay here! It really did feel like a 5-star hotel—from service to amenities.Pros:- Resort is huge, with lots of activities and several dining options, enough for you to spend your stay here and don’t really need to leave the resort- Decor was nice and clean, and has a fancy vibe- Service was EXCELLENT—majority of the staff were so friendly and helpful- Our Spacious 2 Queens Bedroom was nice with comfy beds, huge bathroom and a balcony overlooking the pool. Also received some complimentary welcome snacks after we checked in. Had a fully stocked fridge (for purchase), and room safeCons:- Not enough security measures—I didn’t see security throughout most of the complex—also, just about anyone can walk around the resort, there’s no restricted card access to get to the rooms hallway area either- There are 3 pools, but the Adults-Only pool had children and staff did nothing to request they go to the kid friendly pool—this was annoying when you expect a peaceful pool time and kids are shouting and splashing water all around- Pool bar closes early, even around 6pm Saturday the bar was closed—resort should offer drink service because many of us would have ordered cocktails

My husband and I just enjoyed 4 nights at the resort. Service was amazing. Javier at guest registration was very kind and accommodating. His service set the tone.We had lunch at Maury & Cotton as soon as we arrived. The food was great and the staff was amazing. We arrived after their lunch hour which technically should only be a very limited bar menu but the manager brought us the regular menu proactively, we didn’t even ask. We were both so hungry that we would have made anything work. It was a great gesture and indication that customer service is their number one priority. We rented cabana’s at the adult only pool which was awesome. They included the cabana with seating within, 4 lounge chairs by the pool, as well as a patio table with seating for 4. The rental could comfortably accommodate 6-8 people as long as everyone doesn’t need to be on a lounge at the same time. there were lots of other perks like snacks, several treats throughout the day, sunscreen, etc. Christine and Raymond were our attendants and both were superb, really excellent service and nice people. We spent a day at the spa which we were both very impressed with. I had my massage with Tomas. For someone who frequently gets massages, this was one of the best by far. He was very professional and had a strong yet not unpleasant technique to tackle the knots in my back. After our services we spent the day at the private spa rooftop pool. Lee was our attendant poolside and again her service was amazing. Our only meh feedback was the room. It was clean and everything you would expect but there was nothing exceptional about it. We were both underwhelmed but will say that the property overall made up for it.Overall we highly recommend The Phoenician and look forward to our next stay!

I am only giving them a one star because of the grounds and.lounge area. This has taken me a while to write this review because this is something that I normally do not do. We came here Christmas Eve to have a wonderful Christmas memory which became the opposite. To start the wait staff was horrible you could tell our waiter did not want to be there. My husband came out the bathroom and heard him saying that he got called in was not suppose to be there and did not want to be. We ordered our food the bus people brought it out cold. We did not see our waiter until we asked to see management which took 15 minutes to arrive. We complained to a young assistant manager and then finally our waiter that could have cared less. We went here because of the good reviews and to have a wonderful dinner with our daughter from out of town. We left hungry and angry luckily we didn’t have to pay for a thing if we would have then they would have seen a pretty angry person. The couple next to us had a wonderful dinner and waiter as I had noticed made sure that they were happy and well taken care of. Needless to say we will not be back to this very expensive restaurant that has the worst service that I’ve seen in a long time.

I booked a facial at the spa. Before it, she used the light and said I needed a hydro facial instead and it would be $70 more. I agreed. Then I went upstairs to wait by the pool for my girlfriends to be done with their treatments. One of the front desk staff cam upstairs to tell me I owed an additional $120 for the service. First, it was very rude. They assumed I was going to ditch the payment when I was sitting peacefully and enjoying my time by the pool. That took all the relaxation out of my trip so I went down to the front desk. They said she "misunderstood" and that I needed to pay not the $470 I was quoted, but rather more like $120. I was vivid. No where has ever treated me so horribly and I will never be back. Also, I'm pretty sure the shoes they gave me to wear had fungus. Save your money and go to a different spa

The Phoenician is Marriott at its best. Outstanding facilities, wonderful staff, great location. The property is beautiful from the lobby bar to the rooms, to the amazing pools, there is a place for everyone. The staff is extremely helpful. After speaking with a number of them, I found out that many have long tenures at the property. It shows. Everyone is extremely knowledgeable. Can’t wait to return!

I guess I was expecting more for a $400+ a night resort. The rooms were nice and comfortable and certainly spacious. Had issues with the minibar fridge from day one. Wouldn't close properly, so drinks were not as cold. Brought it to the resorts attention but never got taken care of. Love that the pools are open 24/7 because that heat was brutal 115 to 119 during the day.The gym is spectacular with modern equipment that works. There are two blink charging stations inside the parking garage. Cost at the time was .49c a kwH. That was a huge plus! The kids' activities are good and happy they offer them. Unfortunately, I didn't have the opportunity to try the spa, but it certainly looked upscale and nice! One inconvenience was walking to the pool from our room. It certainly took a bit of a walk and had to pass multiple places to get to it. Honestly, I'm not sure if I'd go again.

I was there for a business conference. The room was big and beautiful, very comfortable. We enjoyed the J&G Steakhouse 2 nights in a row. The bar on the main level was great with an awesome view. They provided very tasty snacks with our drinks. The conference rooms were very comfortable. The food provided by the resort for our conference was surprisingly very good.

First time staying here and it is amazing! All the staff from front desk, pool servers, housekeepers are so attentive. The adults only pool is so serene, and the food and snacks are delicious. Did a fire and ice massage at the spa and it was so relaxing! Gym amenities are nice and clean, great view of desert mountain from treadmills. The tavern food for dinner was yummy— Nashville hot chicken, spinach artichoke dip. The room is spacious, love the Byredo shampoo and soap!! Great place for a family with kids, everything is on site. The hotel is also in a good location, very close to the mall and old Scottsdale, will definitely be back!!

This resort experience truly deserves five stars, across-the-board. All details from booking, arrival, staying, and departure are smooth and enjoyable.I am surprised at how every staff member in every part of the facility are on board to make this a great experience for their guests.Even Ky in the Market was kind, helpful, and a joy to chat with each morning for coffee.I highly recommend staying here and we will be back in the future.

For a 20k trip, I have to say this was very disappointing. We paid so much money for a specific room so the whole family was connected. They did not have our room for us. We were told we could not have it. We went back and forth and they finally figured something out. Then I was told we were getting the presidential suite. We didn’t get.We arrived at 3pm to check in. We were not given our room till after 7pm.One of the hot tubs was broken. Not that awesome swimming for kids. The room was dated and old. Carpet was peeling up. Felt like a trashy hotel. We had to call multiple days to have the maids come as they missed our room.Slow pool side service.30 dollar drinks with low alcohol volume.

Booked a Canyon Suite room for a special occasion with my wife and it was the best resort experience I've had in years. Well worth spending the extra money, especially in today's age of lackluster service. The front lobby staff were exceptionally helpful, friendly, and couldn't have been better. Pool and waiting staff were the same quality. Our room was beautiful and spotless. Don't hesitate to book a reservation!

In town for a vacation thanks to my wife's employer U S Bank. This place is FIRST CLASS all the way. The amenities are everything you would expect for a top notch resort. The golf course is fantastic, there are three pool levels, a spa, gym, it goes on and on. We stayed in the villas, private but close to the action. The people here couldn't be nicer, all in all the best resort I've ever been to.

Robert W — Google review

I booked this resort specifically to have access to the spa. I like to enjoy a nice steam/sauna and to relax. My wife likes to get massages and facials.Upon arrival after our first night I was told by the spa I could not access the facility without having a service. I was told they were fully booked and I couldn’t even pay to access the spa facilities.I’ve never stayed at a luxury resort and been denied access to the spa facilities as a guest on the property.I requested a refund and promptly booked a room at The Sanctuary.I will never stay at this hotel again. I wasn’t even offered a refund or complimentary anything for the inconvenience.I highly recommend never staying here. You can’t even use all the facilities yet pay a premium for access to the grounds?

We have been coming to Holiday tea at the Phoenician for over 20 years and this is the first time I was truly disappointed in the food. They replaced their egg salad sandwich with a pickled deviled egg that tasted like a shot of apple cider vinegar. They also replaced the roast beef sandwich with a "lobster roll" which tasted like a cheap California roll from a grocery store. Sadly, even the usually delicious chicken salad sandwich was extra salty this time. The least expensive tea service for Holiday tea is $100 plus tea service fee and tax. I expect the same delicious food we have enjoyed for the occasion not what we were served. Bring back the old menu. Everyone in our party was severely disappointed and if this menu remains we will be looking for another team service not only for Holiday tea but for our other afternoon teas throughout the year. Also, do NOT change the tea pots. Stop messing with a good thing and cheapening an expensive experience. I will say the service is impeccable and we love the team at the tea room. Just fix the food!

While the rooms are nice, I would not recommend this resort especially if you’re a Marriott Bonvoy member. We had an event here for four days. Everything was great until it was time to award the Marriott rewards points. I had emails agreeing to the points, sent them in where the sales team confirmed and then got radio silence from our on-site contact. We have events at Marriotts all over and this has never happened before. It’s like they go out of their way not to reward the points. So at this point no one received them.I organized the entire thing, point of contact, my credit card paid for the event. This left an awful impression after what was a nice time. If you are planning an event and like the benefits of hotel loyalty, this is not the hotel for you. Find another property.

It’s extremely rare to go on vacation and not feel terrible from hotel food after. The food selection at the resort was both healthy and delicious. Yes, it’s expensive, but you have to expect that going into it. We brought our son here for his second birthday a couple weekends ago. He LOVED it! It’s such a kid friendly resort that we can’t wait to come back again next year. We ate at most of the restaurants on site since we didn’t want to bother traveling out of the resort with an almost 2 year old. We were very pleased with the service all around. My husband and I are both Platinum Bonvoy members. We felt like the hotel staff took excellent care of us and went above and beyond to exceed our needs. Unfortunately, we didn’t have a chance to use the athletic club or spa because life is a little trickier with a toddler. Both facilities looked immaculate and we plan to use them when we come back. Can’t wait to return next year!

Stayed here for the long weekend with my husband and 11 month old baby. The location and overall hotel were beautiful but the service left a lot to be desired. On the reservation we listed a need for a crib, my husband called twice prior to the reservation date and on the morning of, and when I checked in I requested a crib. I got to the room needing to put my overtired baby down for a nap. I proceeded to wait *two* more hours (involving two more phone calls) for a crib to arrive; by this point my baby was miserable and it took another hour to get him down for a nap.We self parked, on the second day, we realized the A elevator in the parking garage lobby was broken. Their elevator system won’t let you summon a different elevator. So, we had to bring our baby in a stroller on the escalator. Imagine if someone in a wheelchair had needed to get upstairs (I’m fairly certain this was an ADA violation). If you’re going to get that kind of elevator system, you better make sure it works. We needed another comforter; 6 hours later it wasn’t there. The TV chromecast function didn't work. The Parking Garage didn’t work with the room keys.Overall, this was a disappointing visit. Lovely area and hotel from the outside, but I’ve gotten better, more attentive service at a Best Western.

This place has been around forever, but they have somehow kept it impeccably updated. Great location up against the bluffs in Scottsdale, this is a sprawling beautiful property with well-appointed rooms, delicious food and absolutely incredible, friendly service. Visited in 2023 for a week long family vacation with my husband and young son. We had very high expectations given the luxury marketing and at the end of the day, they missed the mark.Pros: beautiful property, amazing pools and splash pad, fun amenities on site, including golf! Free kids meals at some restaurants.Cons: Poor customer service at the front desk. They downgraded our room, after we paid for an upgrade. They also didn't tell us anything about the resort so we had to figure out the amenities on our own. Our room was not well maintained (dirty carpet, rusty railing, chipped flooring, etc) and trash sat outside our room for extended periods of time in the heat.Overall it's not a 5 star resort, due to lack of customer service and maintenance. BUT if you come in with lower expectations you will probably love this place!

I was amazed by how fabulous my stay was here! The property was absolutely stunning and impressively clean; the staff truly leaves no stone unturned and has attention to all the details. The pool was gorgeous and sparkling even during the busiest hours — there was also plenty of space to spread out and relax at all the recreational areas, even during high occupancy times. We booked the lowest grade room for cost, but were still super impressed by the space, comfy beds, and luxury details. Even though we didn't opt for a view room, we could see a palm tree and cactus placed intentionally to break up the view of the roof/building walls. Very nice touch. The staff is very well trained and welcoming; extremely high class team, should be very proud. Can't wait to go back!

My husband and I visited the spa at the resort for our anniversary celebration, we had a couples massage. The massage was the worst massage I’ve had in 10 years. The woman didn’t have the skill set to give a proper massage. They require to you to pay 20% for gratuity, which I would have been happy to pay if I got a worthy massage from them. We sat down for lunch in between our services and it took an hour from start to finish to get our food. We had to hurry and eat and we couldn’t enjoy some of the amenities due to their lack of service. I wouldn’t recommend spending thousands of dollars here for the spa. I’d look elsewhere.

Had the privilege of attending a conference at the hotel and couldn’t have had a better experience. During the check-in, I was greeted by Ben, who provided an exceptional experience. Recognizing my Bonvoy loyalty, despite the event booking not transferring my rewards number, and talking about amenities available at the property, he made sure I was well prepared to enjoy a great stay at the property. Our dinner at J&G was outstanding, and the property amazing throughout the stay. Thanks for a great week!

Excellent service from every member of the Phoenician team. Literally. Everyone from the towel guy at the pool to the servers at the bars and restaurants and everyone in between.Where it fell short for me was the quality of the rooms, in terms of upkeep. The lampshades were stained, the carpet needed a heavy duty shampooing, and the balcony furniture cushions need a run through the laundry. The housekeeping staff should wipe down the outdoor table + sweep the balcony as part of their daily visit. The food was great at every restaurant - special shout out for the shishito peppers at the Tavern. The buffet dinner for one of our group events was lights out great too, everybody was impressed!

I enjoyed a relaxing 3 night stay here in June 2024. The facility was exceptional in every respect. The room was spacious and attractively appointed. The bed was very comfortable and the linens were luxurious. The room service was on point, with a nice selection of original meals that were prepared with care and had a homemade feel. I had 2 meals at Mowry and Cotton as well…same kind of thing. The public spaces in the hotel were quiet and comfortable, with a sanctuary kind of feel. I am looking forward to returning.

I have absolutely no idea how this property is getting high reviews. I’m currently staying here as I type this review. The rooms feel very dated- the carpet makes you want to keep your socks on at all times. Every meal we have had on property has been bad - some of it hasn’t been edible (the kids menu - the food has been outright gross). We had a large room the first night however it was dirty so the manager kindly offered us an upgrade…. Now in the upgraded room, which is tiny and in close proximity to a bar - beyond loud. Generally speaking this has been an unpleasant and stressful experience. For a luxury collection property- this is off brand. Definitely not a luxury experience. Absolutely do not stay here…. Or at a minimum, don’t eat. Only positive- is the employees. They are professional and kind.

This is not a five star resort. Needed to talk to the front desk. I tried calling down for 25 minutes with the phone just ringing & ringing. I had to go in person. We ordered room service one night. The following morning at 7:30 am someone was banging on my door asking for the plates back. Woke up my kid. Fantastic. The next day I was with my 6 yr old daughter & she was really thirsty. Asked the bartender for some water for her at the main lobby bar & was told they don’t open for 15 minutes so no my kid couldn’t have a water while the bartender was literally filling a cup with soda water. This place is a joke.

Never again. I'm just settling down to write this review. Booked a one nite "staycation" for my wife and 6 year old special needs son. Arrived early for check in and they said they "bumped us up" two levels which I thought would be great. The room was very big and looked clean. The A/C was not cool as I lowered it to 65 degree but it felt like 75. Couldn't link up the TV with my phone to stream any TV for that matter. They offered "better" internet for a cost of course. Also, no garbage bags in the pails and the fridge was STOCKED FULL with MOSTLY alcohol and some water provided by the hotel at an EXTREMELY high price. We brought food and soft drinks because our special needs son has dietary restrictions and there was NO ROOM AT ALL. I had asked for a poolside view as it was our wedding anniversary and our view was the top of buildings. Wonderful. Took my son to the pool area where there were alot of adults drinking alcohol. It was a Saturday so it was VERY CROWDED. When we got in the pool I immediately noticed how filthy the water was. There was matted hair all around and it just looked dirty. You could see a top layer of oil from suntan lotions etc. We stayed for about 35 minutes and left. On top of that, my son had a complete meltdown which caused us to checkout after being there 3 hours. The front desk DID NOT offer any refund whatsoever. Needless to say, we will NOT EVER return there again. We'll stick to The Pointe Hotels. They are more "user-friendly!"

Good hotel. We liked our stay. Please make sure your room is in a good location. We saw some rooms facing the roof and the building. Our room was on the last floor over the roof as well, but we were able to see mountains.Check with the front desk before taking your card

Though while at this resort you have to check to make sure your charges are correct, The Phoenician is a great resort that has some of the best pools and truly captures the beauty of having an outdoor-style layout. What I mean by this is that to go to the fitness center you have to go to a completely separate building, though this may sound daunting in the 110° Arizona heat, it's actually really fun. Besides, the location underneath Camelback mountain is gorgeous. The pools are also great, especially the mother of pearl pool--though a slight problem is the pools are sometimes dirty.Still, a wonderful resort.

Visited Scottsdale and Stayed here with colleagues on a work trip, had a good experience( because i had no dealings directly with the hotel staff anyway) UNTIL I encountered the people st the front-desk while colleagues checked out(i had self checked out).1. Lesson learned: If nothing was billed to your room and you self check out, before leaving Always ask to know if there were any bills charged to the room. Fortunately i asked and realized there was. The lady by name CHAYENN treated me like a liar, it’s either she’s new and inexperienced at the job OR just blatantly negatively biased towards people of African descent . I say this because a colleague(who’s caucasian) had this similar issue of wrongful billing which was resolved by these same trio without any hassle. Her manager who was right beside her had the same condescending attitude towards me. It took me involving our chaperone as they didn’t even want to hear me out. Immediately i got the chaperone involved, it was all resolved. No apologies, no remorse, nothing! And that will be the reason why i give 1 star. Otherwise, it was a great stay.2. It’s a beautiful place, rooms are spacious and clean(quite decent). Loved the balconies and the mountain views. Lots of walking within as the rooms are far apart. The food was great.

I want to start off with the pros of my experience staying with them for labor day week;Pros- Large rooms, beautiful clean amenities, free parking, pools allowed night swims, 18+ areas. Housekeeping was the most professional. Pool side service amazing.**Cons:** DO NOT CHARGE TO THE ROOM. On the first day of our stay, we reserved a poolside cabana and had an excellent experience. However, when it was time to pay, the server casually mentioned, "on the room," and we agreed. Unfortunately, this led to a pending charge of $2,600 on our account on top of the cabana charge and incidentals. The resort's billing system pulls pending money based on what you've charged to the room, so they imagine what you "plan" to spend which is both confusing and problematic. We’ve stayed at numerous resorts and have never encountered such a practice. When we raised this issue with the staff, we were simply told we shouldn’t have put it on the room, as if we had been informed otherwise. It’s unacceptable for a system to lock up funds without prior notice, and we couldn’t access the money until we checked out three days later. Our bank has informed us that the funds may remain inaccessible for 7-14 more days.Additionally, the concierge service was disappointing. The two middle-aged women working in that department were unkind. At one point, we were turned away after being directed to them by the front desk. One concierge then proceeded to sit on the floor in the center of the lobby, talking loudly to a child in an unprofessional manner until her co-worker helped her up off the floor. This behavior was unprofessional and unexpected at such a "highly established" location. Everyone was uneasy who witnessed it. The staff’s demeanor needs significant improvement and clearly needs some more proper training.

What can I say? This place took my money and ruined my March break vacation with my wife and 15-month baby.I am a Bonvoy member, and we have never had such a horrible experience; we check-in asked for an upgrade cos we have been told that our view is the roof of a building, so we got an upgrade to a contraction site view with all the noise you can imagine we had to wake up to the sound of beeping trucks and drills. That upgrade was 150 extra on top of $1300 a night,We asked to change the room and fought for it because the staff didn't care that we paid so much and didn't want to be on a construction site. We got moved to another room, definitely not a nice room, but it got worse!!! They moved us at 4 pm, so all day, we were paying for another night without having the comfort of having a room. Finally, we got the new room, and the room beside us was a heavy weed smoker, and our baby had to sleep breathing this cos the AC vents were connected. We complained, but no one cared! In the end, I booked another hotel that night and moved again at 4 pm. 3 days without a normal room, but paid $2800 for it + 1300 to the new room that happened to be on the same property just a suite couldn't the stuff say sir you can upgrade to our suite sorry for the inconvenience we won't charge you for the horrible experience?!Rooms where in bad condition and we been in 2 roomsService is horribleBeautiful propertyGreat foodBook the suites it cost the same or DONT GO!

Had an incredible experience at The Phoenician! Attentive staff who went above and beyond to make my birthday special by decorating my room with roses, balloons and champagne while I was away. Will definitely be coming back here!

Thoroughly enjoyed my time. An actual resort, with things to do and different restaurants no need to leave if you are so inclined. The staff was fire, seeing to every need and going out of their way to help. Rooms seemed updated, new bedding. Lots of family activities. Restaurants were amazing and not overpriced. The only thing I didn't like is the landscaping needs some updating. Old turf, and walkways, river was green. But would come back for sure. 5/5

My stay at The Phoenician was truly exceptional. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with outstanding service and attention to detail. The resort’s stunning location, nestled at the base of Camelback Mountain, provided breathtaking views and a tranquil atmosphere that made my stay unforgettable. The accommodations were pure luxury—elegantly designed with spacious rooms, plush bedding, and a well-appointed bathroom. The attention to detail, from the nightly turndown service to the luxurious amenities, exceeded my expectations. The resort’s amenities are top-notch. I especially enjoyed the pool area, which offered an oasis-like experience with its multiple pools, cabanas, and excellent poolside service. The golf course is beautifully maintained, and for spa enthusiasts, The Phoenician Spa is a must-visit, offering a range of treatments in a peaceful, rejuvenating setting.Dining at The Phoenician was a highlight. The fine dining options, including Mowry & Cotton and J&G Steakhouse, served exquisite dishes with impeccable service. Every meal was a delight, with a wide variety of options for every palate. If I had to mention one small downside, it would be that the property is quite expansive, so walking between amenities can take some time. However, the beautiful surroundings and helpful staff more than made up for this.Overall, The Phoenician exceeded all expectations and provided a perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and top-tier service. I highly recommend this resort for anyone seeking a high-end, relaxing getaway.

We enjoyed our 5 night stay at the Phoenician. We were in a mountain view, fire table casita in building A, it was nice, not amazing. Building A is an excellent location, near everything. The pool food and service were 10/10, best resort pool food I have ever had! Mostly everywhere else on property was a 9/10. However, the Tavern was 3/10. The game room was fun with our 11 year old and we enjoyed the cactus garden area. We loved the Phoenician, except for our experience at the Tavern.
